The deceleration motor drives the steel wire (drive wire) wound around it to perform linear reciprocating motion through the drive shaft. As the steel wire is connected to the drive edge profile, one end of the sunshade net is fixed to the drive edge profile, thereby driving the sunshade net to expand and retract. The steel wire curtain system belongs to a flexible system, which is more advantageous for shading with irregular shapes and larger strokes.
The steel cable curtain machine is mainly composed of a reduction motor, a drive shaft, a winding drum, a steel wire rope, a moving slider, a reverse wheel, a curtain driving edge, and other components. The principle is that the drive shaft is connected to the reduction motor and the winding drum, and the steel wire rope passes through the two ends of the reverse wheels on both sides of the curtain beam, fixed and wrapped around the winding drum. When the output shaft of the deceleration motor rotates, the drive shaft drives the winding drum to rotate, and the rotation of the winding drum drives the steel wire rope to move. The screen drive edge is connected to the steel wire rope. Therefore, when the deceleration motor rotates back and forth, the screen driving edge can achieve reciprocating motion. When one end of the sunshade is fixed at the beam column and the other end is fixed on the driving edge connected to the steel cable, the sunshade can be unfolded and retracted.
